Kate had her dance recital this weekend. Her studio, once again, did a great job of putting on a beautiful and entertaining production, this year it was the story of Sleeping Beauty and Kate's level were the owls! Just like last year, the sets, props, music, and dancers were fantastic! I wasn't crazy about the costume at first but once they were made (yes, I had to make it again) and all the girls were together they looked cute! Kate did a great job and was thrilled to have her "guests" come to see her perform. As of now, Kate is, as she puts it, "done with ballet!" We're hoping, with a little break, she will be ready to go back and we'll be able to enjoy seeing her in more performances.
