Last day of school...

Kate had her last day of school on Wednesday, June 16th and I just realized I never posted about it. So I figured today, the 4th of July, would be as good a day as any to post about her last day of school Patriot Parade. This tradition has held fast for many, many years...as in, I participated 25+ years ago. The kids all dressed in their proud red, white, and blue and marched around the playground a few times, then recited the Pledge of Allegiance. It was a fun way to end a great school year and get us all in the summer mood.
